Job Description
IWG is seeking a Financial Administration and Compliance Analyst to manage financial records and uphold regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable/accounts receivable, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, supporting audits, and maintaining internal controls, while interpreting applicable laws and regulations. The role reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with legal and operations teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills: strong Excel and accounting knowledge, keen attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and demonstrated integrity.
- Advantage: familiarity with local tax rules and compliance systems.
