Job Description
eTap Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Finance and Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and tracking financial spreadsheets of daily transactions.
- Comparing documents for timely financial report releases.
- Reporting irregularities in financial transactions.
- Preparing financial reports on revenue, expenses, disbursements, and more.
- Communicating with clients regarding financial concerns.
- Providing administrative support during budget preparation and tax processing.
- Assisting in monthly financial report preparation.
- Organizing and maintaining financial records.
- Performing other assigned duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift
