Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, route, and release payments to suppliers and employees.
- Maintain and update the daily cashbook.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable Team on payment matters.
- Print and release BIR 2307 forms to suppliers as necessary.
- Ensure the completeness of official receipts before releasing checks.
- Update monitoring systems for checks regularly.
- Assist Admin with check deposits for suppliers and employees.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum one year of experience in finance or treasury operations.
- Trustworthy with strong discipline and integrity.
