Job Description
Join Schneider Electric as a Field Service Representative! In this role, you will:
- Provide onsite repair, installation, and maintenance for our products.
- Coordinate with users and manage service centers.
- Train vendors on new products.
- Act as a technical advisor during escalations.
- Monitor partner competency and recommend improvements.
- Build relationships by understanding customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 2 years of technical repair experience, especially HVAC.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to various locations.
