Job Description
Kingsbourn Outsource Services Co. seeks full-time Field Sales Agents (Loan Officers) to form and motivate client groups and oversee disbursements, collections, documentation, weekly meetings, client orientations, and relations. Candidates must be confident, goal-oriented, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
