Job Description

Northpoint Development Bank is seeking a motivated and physically fit individual for the position of Field Collector. Ideal candidates should be college graduates or vocational graduates with a valid motorcycle driver’s license. Sales or collection experience is preferred, and candidates must be willing to perform fieldwork.

This full-time role offers a starting salary of Php 14,560, with benefits including company events, fuel discounts, life insurance, and promotion opportunities. Shifts are 8 hours with additional pay for vacation, commission, and performance bonuses.

Expected start date: January 27, 2025.
