Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee factory operations within the Jelly Ace manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly dependable, and capable of managing people and processes in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production and factory operations
- Supervise factory personnel and ensure productivity
- Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply requirements
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflows
- Act as the main on-site point of coordination with management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in manufacturing or production
