Job Description
Join Shopee’s Operations team, where you will manage the entire operational process, from product searches to delivery. We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead initiatives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business development efforts, negotiating with service providers, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance our operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field, a minimum of 1 year experience in project management, proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, along with strong communication skills in both English and Filipino. Candidates must be willing to travel locally and accept assignments in the Visayas region.
