Kaizen United Customer Service Company is seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary to manage the executive’s agenda, plan appointments, and take minutes during meetings. The role involves screening phone calls, managing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and handling confidential documents. The ideal candidate will also assist with bookkeeping and prepare invoices or financial statements. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From Php 77,00.00 per month. Benefits include transportation service.

Schedule: Available shifts include 10 hours, 8 hours, and overtime.
