Job Description

Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage the overall operations of our Culinary department. You will ensure departmental efficiency and maintain the high service standards synonymous with the Grand Hyatt brand. Your role will include aligning with Corporate Strategy and implementing appropriate actions to maximize resource utilization and associate training.

Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or Michelin-starred restaurant. Strong business acumen, creativity, operational skills, and a passion for culinary excellence are essential.
