Job Description
REGAN INDUSTRIAL SALES INC is seeking an organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, prepare reports, and maintain the filing system. A degree in a related business course and at least one year of relevant experience are required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent MS Office skills, outstanding organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with additional benefits.
