Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support our team by handling various administrative tasks. The primary goal is to allow our specialists to focus on their core responsibilities while you manage essential follow-up tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Update our CRM with client data
- Track key client dates
- Send standard communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 2+ years of Administrative/Executive Assistant experience
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
