Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Remote Estimator and Takeoff Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full estimating process, from takeoff to final estimates, while collaborating closely with both in-house and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the estimating process including takeoff and cost estimation.
- Finalize estimates and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with clients regarding estimates.
- Coordinate with the in-house team to integrate estimates into workflows.
- Utilize estimating software effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in estimating, preferably in construction.
- Proficient with software like Planswift or Bluebeam.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
