Job Description
Stealth Monitoring is seeking talented individuals for the role of Escalation Specialist. We assist our clients by strategically placing cameras in critical areas to proactively detect suspicious or criminal activity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle low-level escalations with prescribed guidelines.
- Perform a variety of routine tasks.
- Make judgements on assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably with BPO clients.
- MS Office proficiency.
