• Maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose desktop operating systems
• Troubleshoot desktop connectivity issues
• Install and support applications
• Provide printer installation and support
• Client VPN installation and support
• O365 Administration Support
• Manage and resolve desktop antimalware issues
• Active Directory user management and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Service Desk experience
• Experience with Active Directory and M365 support
• Willingness to work night shifts (Eastern Time)
• Full onsite work required in BGC, Taguig City (Mon-Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php45,00.00 per month
