• Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
• Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
• Application installation and support
• Printer installation and support
• Client VPN installation and support
• O365 Administration Support
• Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
• Active Directory user management and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Service Desk experience or related
• Active Directory and M365 support knowledge
• Willingness to work night shift (Eastern Time)
• Full onsite availability in BGC, Taguig City (Monday – Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php45,00.00 per month
