• Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
• Update logs and order forms.
• Coordinate and report directly to the Operations Head.
• Prepare, encode, and file forms and other necessary documents.
• Provide support to the Operations Head as needed.
• Organize files and distribute mail as required.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in relevant courses.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to start ASAP.
• Must work at Panay Ave., Quezon City.
