Job Description
Join our team at Alexis A. Molaer Law Offices as an Encoder! In this role, you will accurately and efficiently encode data, confirm its alignment with original documents, and maintain organized records. You will also be responsible for error-checking and ensuring files are backed up properly.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work under pressure with minimal supervision, and maintains a positive demeanor with customers. Responsibilities include monitoring customer complaints, responding to queries, and keeping accurate records in databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
