Job Description
Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage employee discipline cases and collaborate with leadership to develop employee relations policies. This full-time, remote position follows a work schedule of 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, aligning with Philippine holidays.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience in handling employee discipline processes, and strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of labor laws and experience in a multi-client BPO environment are preferred.
