Job Description
The HR Specialist for Employee Engagement will enhance employee-employer relations and retention by managing grievances, resolving conflicts, and developing engagement programs. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferably Psychology or Human Resources Management) and a minimum of two years’ experience in employee engagement. Must possess solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, handle confidential matters with discretion, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (Canva or Adobe Photoshop) is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, flexible, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player with high integrity.
