Job Description
Isuzu Phil is on the lookout for an Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist to strengthen our workplace culture and enhance employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing culture-building programs, gathering employee feedback, and spearheading the creation of our employee newsletter. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with the Labor Management Council on pertinent issues.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Psychology or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience—manufacturing experience is a distinct advantage. Excellent communication skills are essential, and candidates must demonstrate proactivity, attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities.
