Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Compliance Manager to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and controls that ensure company-wide adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.

  • Perform risk assessments and audits; investigate incidents and oversee corrective actions.
  • Deliver training, advise senior management, and serve as the primary liaison with regulators.
  • Monitor compliance effectiveness, prepare reports, and continuously enhance control frameworks.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field; at least 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management; strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities; exemplary attention to detail and integrity.
