Job Description
We invite you to join our dynamic team at Teleservices – Ortigas as an Email and Chat Support Specialist. We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This role is perfect for recent college graduates (experienced or not) and undergraduates who have completed at least two years of college, along with a minimum of six months in BPO or customer service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with healthcare-related inquiries.
- Manage communication through calls, emails, and chats.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional English communication abilities.
