Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates for the position of Email and Chat Support Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact.
- Match customer demands with clients’ products and services.
- Influence and recover from objections to achieve customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients.
