Job Description
Metrobank is seeking an Electronic Channels Management Officer to oversee the design, development, and delivery of our financial products and services offered through digital channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing product performance based on customer feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, at least three years of experience in electronic channels, and strong skills in digital marketing and product management. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
