Job Description
Orbit Career Job Hirings PH is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for Easy Account with Good Typing Skills / Shipping and Logistic CSR.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Gain knowledge of company products and policies during training.
- Handle challenging customers with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
