Job Description
We are urgently hiring full-time, permanent, in-person Customer Service Representatives across Metro Manila. No prior BPO experience required; one-day hiring.
- Responsibilities: respond to product, order, shipping, and refund inquiries; monitor orders and notify customers of delays; track customer feedback; and stay informed of platform updates.
- Compensation & benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus; up to ₱28,00 monthly (higher with experience); 13th/14th month pay; HMO from day one (3 dependents); paid training; 30 leaves; allowances; bonuses; weekends off; holiday/overtime pay; 20% night differential.
- Potential eligibility for hybrid/work-from-home arrangements after one year.
