Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment Officer to oversee order processing, pick-pack-ship operations, and timely dispatch. You will coordinate daily with warehouse teams and courier partners, monitor inventory levels, update order statuses, and manage returns and fulfillment exceptions to ensure accurate deliveries.
- Proven experience in e-commerce logistics and fulfillment.
- Basic proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and ability to meet deadlines to maintain high customer satisfaction.
