Job Description
We are conducting a one-day hiring event and welcome candidates without BPO experience. Responsibilities include handling product inquiries, order processing, shipping coordination, returns and refunds, monitoring orders with proactive customer updates, tracking inquiries to identify trends, and keeping current with platform updates. This is an in-person, full-time permanent role.
- Benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus; salary up to ₱28,00+; HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents); paid training; 30 paid leaves.
- Additional perks: allowances, performance bonuses, weekends off, holiday/overtime pay, 20% night differential, parking and insurance.
- Possible hybrid/work-from-home option after one year.
Requirements
