Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY: Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage back-office support and financial bookkeeping for our client’s businesses.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM PHT), following Philippine holidays.
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage bookkeeping, create monthly finance and sales reports via Shopify, reconcile bank statements, process orders, and maintain QuickBooks.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in bookkeeping and software tools like QuickBooks and Excel required.
