Job Description

GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced and driven E-Commerce Accounting Specialist to oversee order entry, sales mapping, and BOM creation within Shopify. Your role will also involve cost accounting, financial reporting, and managing accounts payable processes. Collaboration across departments is essential to promptly resolve financial and operational issues, ensuring accurate vendor setup, invoice coding, and smooth financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar software.

Salary: Up to Php 80,00 based on experience

Core Requirements: 2+ years with QuickBooks, 1+ years in Shopify, and advanced Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables.
