Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Documentation Staff member to handle vital tax declaration processes. Responsibilities include processing applications for tax declaration copies at the Assessor’s office, preparing requirements for transfer tax payments, and coordinating with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Registry of Deeds.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and possess good organizational skills. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of BIR and related agencies is advantageous.
