Job Description
Job Objective:
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of documents for collateralized loans with different government offices.
Job Summary:
- Verify authenticity of collateral documents with government offices.
- Follow company’s standard operating procedures for document submission.
- Process payments for documentary stamps.
- Prepare monthly reports for verified and mortgaged accounts.
- Maintain confidentiality of documents and records.
- Perform other related functions as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least College level (2nd year).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, flexible, and organized.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork.
- Preferably with Motorcycle & Licensed.
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php13,500.00 per month.
