Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Document Controller to join our team at Harmonic System Incorporated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for archiving files accurately, managing project documents, and ensuring the preservation of important records. Additional duties include preparing reports, coordinating with HR for site concerns, and assisting with daily administrative operations.
Candidates should be graduates of any related field, proficient in Microsoft programs, and possess strong communication skills. A willingness to work outside Metro Manila (LIIP Laguna and San Pablo Isabela) is essential, with staff housing provided.
