Job Description
Avida Land Corp, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, is currently seeking a proficient Document Controller to oversee all documentation processes. The responsibilities include managing both incoming and outgoing documents, tracking and archiving records, and serving as a Submittal Manager utilizing platforms like OnBase and Procore.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of document control experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
This fixed-term role is located in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and offers benefits including health and life insurance.
