Job Description
Questronix Corporation seeks a Document Analyst to transform vendor runbooks, diagrams, and inventories into precise, standardized internal documentation. You will validate documents against live systems, develop SOP templates, workflows, and support guides, and maintain version control using SharePoint, Confluence, and CMDB.
- Prepare training materials and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with subject-matter experts to complete records.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and traceability of all technical documents.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Information Management, Communications, or related field; coursework in data analysis or technical writing preferred; minimum 2 years’ experience as a Document Analyst; must work full onsite in Cubao.
