Job Description

Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.) Inc. is seeking a Distributor Sales Specialist for Field Sales. The Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and market expansion goals in the CAMANAVA area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement guidelines on distributor operations.
• Conduct regular planning and business reviews with distributors.
• Monitor sales and other KPIs.
• Coordinate deliveries and in-store activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years experience in distributor account management.
• Knowledge of ISO, Food Safety, and HACCP standards.
