Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job: The Distributor Manager will drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution objectives within the assigned territory. This will be accomplished through effective management and development of distributor sales operations and the deployment of merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the distributor sales leadership team in creating the annual territory business plan.
- Achieve execution and quality sales standards by conducting Level 2 operations reviews.
- Drive profitable growth for distributor key customers by coaching the Nestlé Way of Selling.
- Support Category and Channel Plans with insights on execution and commercial opportunities.
- Develop distributor sales operations through training on Territory Development and In Call Execution.
