Job Description
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Analyst to investigate and resolve customer and commercial disputes. The role involves gathering and assessing evidence, reviewing contracts and transaction records, and recommending equitable resolutions. The analyst will liaise with clients, internal teams, and external partners, prepare concise reports, and monitor case metrics to identify trends and reduce future risk.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in dispute resolution
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
