Job Description

Position: Inventory/Dispatching Clerk

Responsibilities as an Inventory Clerk:

• Receive and process incoming inventory and supplies
• Verify and maintain records of shipments
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports
• Perform regular inventory audits
• Coordinate with other departments for timely deliveries
• Maintain an organized inventory storage area

Responsibilities as a Dispatcher:

• Arrange transportation and organize item orders
• Check stock levels and expedite orders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in inventory management preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
