Job Description

CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a motivated individual for the position of Dispatcher. In this role, you will coordinate taxi dispatch operations in New York City, manage customer requests, dispatch drivers efficiently, and maintain clear communication while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in dispatch software and GPS systems
• Familiarity with NYC geography and taxi regulations
