Job Description

E-TeleConnect, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Directory Assistance Representative. In this role, you will assist customers in finding residential, commercial, and government telephone listings.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of call center experience
• At least a Senior High School graduate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Typing speed of 45 WPM

Applicants must be willing to work onsite in our Sucat office and be flexible to work in a 24/7 campaign. Interviews will be conducted onsite.
