Job Description

We are looking for a talented Design Architect to join our team at Xentro Malls. The ideal candidate will check and approve tenant plans, provide layout and design details for architectural plumbing and fire protection, and supervise projects. Responsibilities include creating 3D perspectives, issuing notices to proceed for tenants, and delivering as-built plans through site visits.

Qualifications: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, drafting proficiency, and knowledge of the mall, restaurant, hotel, or corporate industries. 1-3 years of experience required. A license as an Architect is a plus.
