Job Description
We seek a professional Deputy Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Core responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, managing schedules and inventory, maintaining merchandising standards, resolving customer concerns, and supporting loss-prevention efforts. You will analyze sales data to achieve targets, ensure compliance with company policies, and help with visual displays.
