Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively contact customers for maintenance appointments and service recommendations.
- Promote service activities through marketing calls and messages.
- Schedule service appointments via incoming calls.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
- Conduct follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction.
- Document and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a comfortable customer waiting area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Knowledge of office procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly personality and customer relations skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
