What success looks like in this role:
As a Data Process Support team member, you will perform administrative tasks for frontline or backend operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Data encoding
- Transaction processing using applications software
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Providing weekly reports as assigned

- Typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
