Job Description
Orijin Global Brands is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records including invoices and receipts.
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring proper transaction recording.
- Reviewing and processing invoices for documentation before payment.
- Preparing or checking invoices and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Sorting documents and posting/crediting to the proper account.
- Following up with clients on overdue invoices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
