Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Clerk to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• Good Communication Skills
• 6 months of BPO experience (any account) or College graduate without BPO experience
