Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking motivated candidates to join our team as Data Entry Clerks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communications through phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to avoid call transfers.
- Align customer demands with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer commitment.
- Share insights and specific information with internal and external clients.
