Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Share insights with the team and communicate with clients.
