Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
• Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact.
• Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
• Utilize influencing skills to gain customer buy-in.
• Share insights with the team and communicate with clients.
